My proudest moment at Unilever, gosh it's hard to choose one! I would have to say feedback from senior executives praising their Hot Chilli Coach AND speaking up for what I believe in – my values – and seeing the positive reactions, as a result. Oh, and a card from an employee saying I changed their life for the better!
